| * The minimum charge for any event, including room rental and food & beverage, is $275. From April 1st to October 31st, the room rental rate for a Saturday booking is $275. |

| 1. Fees include set-up and clean-up and are subject to applicable taxes. |
| 2. All food and beverage must be purchased through the Mitchell Golf & Country Club. |
| 3. An estimated number of guests as well as food & beverage requirements are to be provided a minimum of one month in advance of the function. |
| 4. Confirmed numbers are to be provided a minimum of one week in advance of the function. The confirmed numbers are used in finalizing and coordinating the food & beverage requirements for your event and you will be invoiced accordingly. |
| 5. Due to Health Regulations, prepared food & beverage may not be removed from the premises. |
