    Each Entree Includes:

    Vegetable tray, pickles, rolls & butter, choice of 2 salads, coffee, tea, & dessert (choice of pies, cakes, cheesecake, or assorted squares)

    Beef tenderloin – 8 oz cut – $22.75

    Served with garlic mashed potatoes and a steamed vegetable 

     

    Pork tenderloin – 8 oz cut – $22.75

    Traditionally served with roasted potatoes, steamed vegetables, and applesauce 

     

    Lemon Dill Salmon- 8 oz fillet – $22.25

    Lemon Dill crusted salmon fillet served with rice and steamed vegetables 

     

    Wine balsamic Pork Steak – $20.95

    9 oz Wine and balsamic marinated pork steak served roasted potato and steamed vegetables 

     

    Smoked Pork Chop – $20.50
